Laptop Theft: See No Evil?

A man from St. Paul, Minnesota stole a braille laptop from beneath the Metra train seat of one Emily Zitek. The article in the Star Tribune relayed that the computer was worth $6,500 due to its special design and programming for the blind.

Officials in the area replaced the laptop and its software… But this story does have a moral. It seems the old proverb, “See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil,” does not hold true.

As a rule, however, you should protect your laptop. MyLaptopGPS can protect it whether or not someone sees the theft.
